Core shaft (supporting at the back), pad (that form the shape of the weld seam back), clamp stand, main support machine base, moving torch driving system, base, track beam.

Characteristics:

1.LSW series longitudinal seam welding positioner (general longitudinal seam welder) is a standard product designed and manufactured by the Foshan City Allfid Welding Technology Ltd.

2.The design principle of this machine is taking advantage of the specific clamp that will conduct away redundant heat from the weld seam through the welding process, so as to reduce the weld seam burning-through and workpiece warp and shape distortion. By using this equipment the effect that welding at one side but form at both sides can be reached. Also it ensures workpiece welded through completely by 100%.

3.The work pieces are fixed between the core shaft pad and two rows of keyboard clamping bars. Every bar is independently triggered through electric switch. The pressing force of the bar comes from the compressed air. The bars can stick nicely on the work piece surfaces. The distance between two bars is adjustable. The pad and the core shaft supporting at the back can be unloaded and replaced to satisfy customers varied needs.

4.LSW series general longitudinal seam welding machine can provide welding length ranging from 200mm to 3000mm. Therefore technical parameters can be changed and customized according to customer requirements.

5.Can use standard accessory to increase freely the biggest diameter of the work piece.

6.Adopt independent AC motor control circuit so that the move speed is controlled by the controller.

7.Adopt two control modes like semi-automatic and automatic welding.
