Principle of pneumatic marking:
Through computer control, the marking needle moves according to the character graphics trace that was pr-edited by computer. The marking needle punches the workpiece with high frequency under the force of compressed air, so that characters and graphics are formed on the workpieces.
Applicable areas
1. Automobile industry: to mark contents such as manufacturer identification number, batch number, manufacture date, name, logo or trademark etc. on workpieces such as vehicle body, vehicle frame, chassis, girders, engine, connecting rod, cylinder, piston, cylinder sleeve, gear, water pump, steel spring plate etc.
2. Machinery industry: to mark on workpieces such as machinery components, machine tools, hardware products, steel pipes, casing pipes, couplings, roller cone, pump body valves, ring flanges, fasteners.
3. Electrical or Electro-Mechanical industry: electromagnetic gauges, mechanical and electrical equipments.
4. Plastic or leather products.
5. Signboards of which the materials is aluminum, copper, stainless steel, PVC etc. on which to mark data, manufacture identification number, manufacture date etc.

Characteristics:
1.Operation is based on the Windows 98/2000 / XP/NT platform software, therefore has powerful editing function and is easy to use.
2.It can engrave Chinese character, English letter, Arabic numerals, any random graphics, international standard VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), etc. It can engrave automatically according to numerical order.

1.Adopt lifting double-column structure instead of single-column that normal pneumatic marker machines usually adopt, therefore, its applicability become wider and can position more accurately.
2.Adopt four imported rails instead of two rails that other same kind of pneumatic marker machines adopt, therefore, greatly improve degrees of exquisiteness and achieve high-speed punch marking.
3.The marking tips (the needle caps) is made through speciality with unique wear-resistant materials, therefore, the wear-resistant property is improved significantly and life span increase dozens of times. While the normal needle caps use copper which is low wear-resistant property, and the worn caps will even affect the degrees of exquisiteness.
4.Flat signboard fixture is designed to clamp tightly also connected with computer, which achieves semi-automatic intelligent engraving, accord with the principle of ergonomics and is very convenient to use. Other similar kind of marker machines is not connected with computer even with fixture, which cannot realize semi-automatic marking.
5.The exhaust of the marking tip is our companys novel design. It reduces noises and improves operation comfort.
6.The machine has multi-usage. A desktop marker machine with limited height can mark on the ordinary plane surface, on any random places of a rolling cylinder or cone surface, and even on any locations of the surface of objects with any sizes and any heights.
